Cash Pay Services

Midwifery & Women’s Wellness Center NV is a cash pay practice. If you have insurance and need diagnostic tests or prescriptions you may be able to have these items processed out-of-network. Check with your insurance company to confirm if you have out of network benefits.

Midwifery & Women’s Wellness Center NV offers competitive cash prices to:

  • Patients without health insurance.
  • Patients with health insurance deductibles so high that you are better off paying cash. This option will give you a cash discount that is less than your deductible.
  • Patients with only a catastrophic health insurance policy

Office Policies

Telehealth

MWWC utilizes a secured telehealth platform for all urgent care and consultation visits. If it is determined in the initial consultation visit that a physical examination is required, an office visit can be scheduled or a house call service charge will be assessed. All visit pricing includes one follow up visit to review any lab or diagnostic results and to discuss your plan of care.

APPOINTMENTS

A deposit is required at the time you schedule your appointment. You also have the option to pay in full. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you decide to reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment your deposit will remain valid. Sign in to the telehealth platform 10 minutes before your appointment time. We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals.

LATE ARRIVALS

In the event of late arrival, whenever possible, Midwifery & Women’s Wellness Center NV will make every attempt to accommodate all your needs. However, in consideration of other clients’ time, we may not be able to extend your appointment. Late arrivals may very well limit the time the Midwife is able to spend with you.
